ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery time is dependent on our stock availability and your prescription. If you wish to have a more exact delivery time for your order, please contact us. On rare occasions it may be found that an item advertised on our site has been temporarily sold out or discontinued. If your item is sold out/discontinued, we will offer you a similar item or a full refund.
All of our orders are dispatched from our Bradford office using Royal Mail special delivery service. We will be providing all of our customers with a unique tracking code as well so you can follow your order.

On some occasions, Royal Mail may leave your parcel/item with your neighbour who will need to sign for your item. You would be notified by Royal Mail.
REST OF THE WORLD
Delivery to countries outside of the UK is delivered using Royal Mail service. We use the Royal Mail International Signed service.
We deliver to addresses worldwide and are happy to ship to residential addresses and work addresses. Please Note:
Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed due to our strict fraudulent policies. If you have entered your address incorrectly, please contact us immediately on 01274 391 203 and our order processing team will be able to advise you on what to do next.
SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE REQUESTS
We strive to do our best in meeting all requested delivery times but as we are depending on our various suppliers and delivery partners, our delivery times are only estimations and not guaranteed. If you need your order to be delivered before a specific date, please contact us before placing an order. If you would like to arrange for a delayed delivery date just contact our customer services team and they will arrange for your order to be held at our Bradford office until you are able to receive the delivery again.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We will exchange or refund any product up to 14 days after delivery/collection however we do not cover return postage fees or the cost of lenses. The cost of the lenses will be deducted from the refund.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item in perfect condition with the original packaging and any security tags intact.

Please include either your invoice or a note with your name and order number and the reason for return.
We always strive to action your refund as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. All refunds will be to the account originally used.
